Here, like most often, the Mauser flag safety and the bolt stop screw + washer were left off. No relation to the Dreyse, Soemmerda factory who had their own quite rare patented bolt action designs. Here are two photos of such an action of tiny size, a rook & Rabbit rifle retailed by Sauer & Sohn, Suhl, for the tiny bp 7x20R centerfire cartridge. As you see, this action is barely large enough to handle a .32-20 cartridge |
