There was a FRASER single shot made in Italy and sold in the U.S. in the 80's in .22 L.R. and .22 Hornet. Completed rifles had ITALY stamped under the forearm.
It was a poor design and Cape Outfitters ended up selling the parts/kits (and sued RIFLE magazine over articles critical of the gun.
