That engraving, WOW!!
I've seen many takes on boquet engraving, particularly on flat falling blocks, but I think this example is great.
Using concentric arcs of scroll focuses the eye to the bouquet but also very tastefully fills in parts of the open fields in a gradual transition from the scroll borders to the floral center.
And that flourish of flowers on the action ring... Seems a little bit of an homage to some George Gibbs Farquharsons.
Pretty awesome IMO.
