A light HAGN rifle that we have made on order for a roe deer hunter customer.
This .243W stutzen has been built on a Martin HAGN small action fitted with a 22" Heym barrel blank we have turned to our own profile.
To maintain accuracy by avoiding nocuous pressure, the forearm is split in two at the level of the schnabel.
This rifle is fitted with a light Swarovski scope on our special quick detachable handmade claw mount.
The trapped buttplate gives access to stock disassembly.
The French gray case hardening highlights the fine English scroll engraving.
Far from being a luxury rifle made for the show it is a functional single shot that will spend a lot of time hunting.
