Here's the first results. Bertram brass, four rounds with .459" 350 gr hard cast from Laser Cast over 27 grains of Trail Boss (load adapted from the Hodgdon web site .45-120 Sharps data), and two rounds with .459" 300 gr soft cast from Buffalo Arms over 110 grains of Swiss 1-1/2Fg and a thin veg wad with just a bit of compression.
