Re: Any info or value on this H. Scherping Hannover rifle?

Doing some reading and maybe someone can confirm the following:
-The crown over V proof means it was already on-hand in 1891 when the proof laws went into effect.
-However, the 4.06 would mean it was also proofed in April of 1906
-The 62,78 is a gauge which equates to a .420" bore. (10.65mm maybe .416)

Am I interpreting correctly?
