Re: Berger needle fire/Fürst Pless gun

this thread was startet to look for early needle fire Berger double guns beside of Dreyse which was the very first hammerless breech loader in 1856. but now I have again a very early needle fire gun with a Teschner Collath like design.
engraved "L. H. Bösenberg in Leipzig 1857" this very short double gun must be a very quick response to the Dreyse gun coming from Suhl.

in all it looks more like a muzzle loader but having similaritys with the Sturm and "Speckhahn " gun above
