Having stocked a couple of Martinis, I'm impressed with the speed of your work. I think on each Martini stocking job, I spent 95% of my time trying to figure out what to do next, and how to do it. That headless bolt trick is genius; I suspect I'll use it from now on.

I'm pleased to note that the order of operations I worked out is similar to yours (except I waited til after sanding the forend before deciding to add a tip) (both times).
