Lancaster, if made for the American market - it most assuredly would not have been called the 8x33R, just as the .22 Hornet for the Euro market is called the 5.6x35R.

It is highly unlikely such a combination gun would appeal to anyone over here and certainly not enough to cause such a gun be especially built for the 2 or perhaps 3 people who might collect oddities like that.
