Can't comment on the 450/400 brass but a few years ago I bought 3 boxes (60) 6.5 x 58r Sauer cases. 1/3 of them were unfinished, by that I mean they were straight walled and had missed some of the forming stages , They were like .410 shell cases. Seriously poor quality control (most concerning when it comes to reloading components) The rest had to be substantially re-worked before I could use them. OK, in the absence of alternatives I was glad I had 'em but disappointing nonetheless. Maybe I was unlucky and things may have improved meantime.
