Ultra low profile single shot

In an old issue of Jagd und Hundt magazine I came across an ultra low profile single shot rifle (Kipplauf). It had bifurcated barrel hinge pins, and if remember correctly, a Kersten type bolt. It was really low profile, perhaps the total depth of the action was a little more than the chamber thickness.

Problem: I lost the cutting and do not remember the name of the maker. He was featured in the article, apparently working solo in Germany.

Anyone know of this maker and or his rifle? Does this ring a bell of any kind?
