Bertram brass is all I have ever used in my 450/400, have never had any issues and I am still on the original 40 - not sure how many times they have been used other than to say more than 8. I think there were some quality issues some years back but I am not aware of any problems now (Bertram brass is now used for Kynoch ammunition I believe)
