I am still awaiting my license approval for a Ruger No.1 in 450/400 3" and am collecting components in the meantime. Unfortunately Hornady Brass is not available, with Bertram, which is about 3 times the Price in South Africa, being the only other option.

How does the Bertram compare and have there been any issues?

I Don't want to spend all the money on 100 pieces of Brass, when it could potentially give me problems. If there are problems, I'll just buy 20 for now and wait for Hornady to hopefully arrive soon.
