I came across a Mossberg SSI ONE in 223 at an auction. I remember when these came out and I had some hope for a new single shot; hopefully a step up from H&Rs but under $1000. Then they disappeared.

Any thoughts? Im always concerned with rifles that are out of production in case I ever need a ________. How would the Mossberg rate against the TCR rifles?
