I dont believe that the action was made in Sweden. Husqvarna had some connections to Liege so the action was probably build in Belgium.

Husqvarna build rolling block and double rifles in 450 BPE 3" and also later some double guns in 450 NE but can the 3" long brass working in this action here?

a typical british rifle but made(?) by W.Foerster Berlin, prussian court gunmaker
caliber is given here as 10,8x47R so probably one of the german target rounds made by using 11,15x60R Mauser brass
