If you decide to sell it,I'm looking for a conversion with a bad barrel.I have a new,(old) octagon barrel,threaded for a sharps and chambered in 40-70.The barrel was made pre 1900,but never used.It just wouldn't be right to mount it on a new Shilo or C.Sharps action.
