It is a Westley Richards made Deely Edge action rifle. These rifle were usually target rifles in 450 no 2 Musket, but like all things British, the sky is the limit. The typical time period was 1874- 1900.The caliber seems unusual for the type of rifle- heavy target barrel, target sights (the one screw on the tang is where the ladder type sight goes) and of the cleaning rod (for cleaning the barrel during matches with the black powder rounds) Interesting pieces though!
