Good to hear you are getting a .405Win your wait will not be as long as mine, I had to wait 3 months for the Ruger No.1 but the longest wait was 3 years for a Winchester "Classic Safari Express" in .375H&H Left Hand maybe living in Australia has something to do with it I suspect! You will be happy with your No.1 as when I checked it over I could not fault it in any way wood to metal fit is the best I have seen on a production rifle. You will now have to get Winchester 1895 in .405Win. but that was a longer wait again! Good Shooting!
