Tonight I will give the bore a clean & use my dummy cartridge to see how long the throat is. I might even slug the bore. At least the 6 groove rifling is easier to measure than the Enfield 5 groove!

Hopefully the Hornady 3130G 174 HPBT will work as well in this as it does in the No4 MkII.
