Jeff, I did get in contact with Nioa, with a reply that they can exchange them. But nothing further yet. I have request a set of low mounts. I sent another email today.
180 grn sierras with 2209 shot reasonable with my first try. 5 shots into 2" at 100 yrds but I am hoping for better than this. I have a 2.5 x 8 Zeiss on the rifle and I think it is a great match. I have the bullets seated 15th from the lands and I am going to go to 25"to see what difference it makes.
I am also in the process of buying a 450-400 #1 which will give me 3 single shot rugers (they really suit left handers). It won't be here intime for the DGRC nationals though.
