Not sure on the rimmed, in some ways making it easier for someone to shoot would be good.

I was thinking .223, or .222. Yes, I know it is modern but
even those high end buyers do like to shoot things and .223 would make it very easy.

Agree 7mm a the high end and even that is maybe a bit big.
