It is a load of B.S. in my opinion as each rifle is packed with the necessary rings and unless a 'Salesman' gets his hot fingers on them and sells them it should be correct. Give the dealer a chance to get it right as he is the one who made the 'Profit' on the sale and if that fails 'Nioa' should fix the problem.
