Interesting inasmuch that the cranked lock is LHS and the stalking safety is behind the hammer (quite rare). FWIW the dophin headed hammer is very nice but the comparatively plain cut border may detract from the overall quality of the piece and I have never seen a scallop shell (pre 1800 style) fore-end.
