Grenadier, Fantastic! That rifle is simply gorgeous! As is the pig. I was talking to an old buddy from India who posts here as well and it is funny how, back there, people prefer to down smaller pigs because the meat is tender. If you do get an older and tougher animal, though, you could try pressure cooking. It often softens the meat up though, of course, you are limited in the number of dishes that you can cook with a pressure cooker. If you like Indian food, pressure cooked boar makes into pretty decent vindaloos. Good hunting! |
