Hi Grant,

In Column 1 is the Start of the year Serial Number so if 130-05203 was the start of 1974 and 130-12779 was the start of 1975, a total of 7,576 made for the 1974 year, your serial number would have been made early in 1974 (1838th for 1974)just like mine.
