Interesting that it has what looks to be a final Weipert set of stamps from 1913. I guess since the 1914 Brussels Proof Commission, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commission_..._Feu_Portatives , had not yet occurred led to the additional stamps in the country where the longarm was retailed. I would have guessed that there was reciprocity between the Austro-Hungarian Empire and Germany in 1913, but that may not have been the case. Kind Regards, Raimey rse |
