Yes, Ross does work magic, I believe that he is probably the best in his field and I always feel that when his / my generation retires, a lot of the knowledge will be lost forever. I don't know how Geoff Slee is going health wise now but he is another one in the same age / experience bracket.

We can all only hope that they can continue for a lot of years to come.
