Nice score on that No1 mate. I'm sure she will come up very nicely with just a bit of a tidy up.
I also agree that the old 270W is a very good cartridge with the right bullets loaded.
Some of the best long range pig killing that I can remember, was with a 270, 130 grain PP Woodleighs, and a Brno ZG47.
That was on stubble in west Qld, shooting over the bonnet of my Toyota.

Your Ruger stock has some nice figure, and it is going to really look great after Ross W works his magic on it!
