This is a Westley Richards Deeley & Edge patent rook rifle. I have yet to work up a load for this one - if I can find some 32Colt ammo that would be a start (hint, hint) I really like this rifle - it is a bit larger than the usual break action rooks which are commonly encountered and is a good example of the first falling block action produced by Westley Richards. I like the looks of the long action which is common on the rook sized rifles. Many of the larger bored rifles of this patent had the action sides shaved off at the rear edge so the side walls were shorter front to back but functionally the same.
