I have a Ruger No.1 in 458 Win Mag. and wanted to know if it was possible to rechamber it to 450 N.E. 3 1/4 inch? I think the bore diameter is .458 for both cartridges but I don't know the twist rate for either one. I think the extractor would have to be changed from a rimless to a rimmed. What do y'all think? Can this be done? Thanks
