450-400 Jeffery in a Martini?

Has anybody seen or heard of a Martini Henry rifle chambered in 450-400 3" Jeffery?
I've been searching the net and can't find anything.
I'm concerned that the cartridge may be too long to chamber easily. Is this the case?
