Hi all, 3 years ago I got interested in the Martini Hagn action, the one used by Holland for Grenadiers rifle. I went out to Montana to visit a gunsmith whose books I admired, Mr Steve Dodd Hughes. I stayed in Livingstone for a couple of days and had a blast, Steve let me loose with all his handguns, a lot of fun for me as handguns are a no go in UK

Anyway the upshot was I ordered a slighly modified MH action (stronger ejector, bottom lever reshaped) and after a long time (Steve is an author and photographer as well) we are getting there. It should be ready for engraving in Autumn. Here are a few pics, I will try to post pics of the action later
