I have a Ruger No. in 9.3x74R. It has shot well with ammo loaded from all the major bullet makers from 250 to 286 gr. I am having fun busting wild hogs with 250 gr. paper-patched 0.358" cast lead bullets. My only complaint is height of the comb of the stock. It must have been designed with scopes in mind. I shoot my rifle with a NECG receiver sight. Hard kicking loads causes the stock to bruise the cheek bone of my face. I will be fitting a Trijicon scope on later this year.
