H&H quoted a "standard" price and a "deluxe" price with pricing similar to that of their bolt action rifles. The options I ordered necessitated the deluxe category. Among the bigger options I requested were the long style H&H spearpoint sight blocks, deluxe wood (one step up from standard), and deluxe engraving.

I specified many features. I went to London to pick out the wood and received a fitting for stock measurements. I asked them to copy the stock shape of an old rifle they had. I specified the type of safety. I chose the sights and scope mounts. I chose the recoil pad, type of sling eye, grip cap, finish, and more. I even asked for a barrel length that would make it balance a certain way and they diligently worked that out by trial and error. It will be a "bespoke" gun in every sense.

I consider the pricing a realistic reflection of many man-hours by skilled hands to create a high quality firearm of individual manufacture.
