of those you list, I would go .30-06 and .375
I might be tempted to add 7WSM/7SAUM rather than 270/280Ack/7mm Mag for the sheep and elk hunters, and the .340 Weatherby for Europeans going to Africa...
What rimmed cartridges do you propose? Definitely 9,3x74 and .450/.400 I assume?
