Finnclassic, made in Italy by Marocchi. Now part of the Beretta Group of Companies.
Nope: The Tikkas were made in Italy.
The Valmet name was dropped following moving the production to Italy.
Incidentally, my friend's father was head of Valmet's shotgun division when the move took place.
