I have two No1's one in 300 win mag and the other is in 303/25.I cheated with both of them ,I pulled out the barrels and installed 30" badger barrels in an octagonal profile, they have plenty of meat to drill and tap new blocks on to them where ever you want.giving you a bit more freedom as were to put your mounts then use what ever mounts your little heart desires.Both of these rifles deliver fantastic accuracy at extreme ranges,possibly because of the rigidity of the barrel making a good foundation for the rings
