I also see that it's post 1912 from the "St.m.G. 12 gr" on the barrel. Is that script inspector mark an "EF" or an "EK", I can't make it out very well?

Look if the square is actually a squared G, then it stands for Gebruder Kelber a barrelmaker from suhl.
