My only vierling burned some years ago(along with several other treasures).
It was a 16ga. S/S, 22 Hornet(rechambered from 5.6x 35R before I bought it) and 10.75 x 65R with a fixed 2.5 X scope on claws.

Initially , it was a PITA to make the big Collath round (and get it to shoot) still I fell in love with it and still miss it.
