That is just the sort of thing I am looking for. My rifle will also be built using the Hagn action but it will have a round barrel and the rib will not be an integral rib. I have emailed the maker asking them to mill the rib for Talley type quick removable rings.
The Ruger system would also work but I think the Talley system looks cleaner.
I'll let you know how the rifle turns out. If things proceed well then I'll be going overseas next year to pick it up.
