Take a look at the photos in this article http://www.martiniandhagngunmakers.com/technicalinfo.htm It shows Talley detachable scope rings mounted into slots milled into the 1/4 rib. However, I can't tell if the rib is integral (i.e. the barrel blank was milled to leave the rib), but I suspect so. Its the neatest I have seen ...
