This sounds delicious. Can anyone out there comment on the possibility of substuting American Alligator for the Croc meat ???? I have eaten alligator on many occasions and it is fantastic. South Florida and in particular the area between Key Largo and the western edge of Everglades National Park is the only place in America that has the Salt Water Crocodile. They are so protected that to harvest one will cost you everything you own, years in jail and no doubt your first born child. If anyone has any comment on this, I would love to hear it.
