Nitro, looking at the pics on the grape farm that you're at, it reminds a lot of the grape region in California, specifically Napa and Sonoma. If you ever get a chance to visit the big boys there, I bet there's a lot that's similar with their stuff and yours. I used to do a wee bit of wine tasting here and there. I'm sure you wine growers in Oz could come up with a good excuse to visit the Napa Valley for a Worldwide Wine Growers Conference in the Differences in Wine. Howzzat?
