Cactus grow pretty well here. And unfortunately they are going to grow even better seeing how our weather patterns are changing. I have all sorts of trees starting to die from the very dry weather we have had over the last couple of years.

A large Jacarandah lost all its leaves so I let bore water soak down to try to revive it. About a dozen other trees are also at risk or dead already.

We have water restrictions on garden use for using mains water but I can use bore water if needed. I do need that for agricultural use though as I may run short before next year's "rains" (?) .
