Having worked for Cleveland winery in Vic on and off for twenty years i have to show some bias and promote their "Methode Champenoise" sparkling. Now what about our fortified`s (muscats tokays etc) that are something akin to promised land stuff, i did read a review on a noted French wine maker that was introduced to our famous nth east Vic muscats where he exclaimed "mon Dieu it is impossible for that to have come from a grape" he WAS impressed to say the least--get some in ya today yumm.
