If on extended hunts we often slice up plenty of 12-15 mm strips of sambar roll them in a salt--pepper and chile mix and simply hang em over a wire until semi dry,we can never wait until rock dry.Another real good feed is to slice up raw veni fillet and mix with the juice of a big lemon plus a finely chopped onion leave at least for say 10 hours open a can and eat --delicious as the lemon onion mix pickles the meat yumm. |
