I shall be spending the PAssover weekend with a good friend and his family and we may go out fishing on the Illinois RIver which has been infested with escaped Chinese "jumping" carp. My friend assures me that it would be no problem to just go towards where they hide in the river and come away with a car load of the fish. I wonder if they are good eating and if someone has any recipe suggestions for them?
