Ann, I have no possibility of getting pronghorn meat, but I wonder how this would work with goat meat? We Indians eat a lot of it and it is actually preferred to lamb in South India. I guess, the only way to find out would be to try it. I'll let you know how it works out. That said, I am sure it would be good because the basic recipe sounds brilliant. Just can;t imagine how it would taste with pronghorn though! Cheers! |
