Well, of all the friendly spirits out there, I like a nice well aged single malt scotch. By far and away the best I've tried is 30 yr old Glen Garioce. Never really cared for Glenlivet or MaCallans. Dinwiddie is okay. The Garioce stuff is head and shoulders above all else, in my opinion. Perfect after a long day of scrambling in the mountains after Dall Sheep. Just chip of a piece of 10,000 year old glacier ice and pour. Pure grace. |
