Carrara? Vineyards? Hmmmmm there is something of familiar in these words, something that it taste as Italian.
More exactly Tuscanian. Carrara is famous, very famous for the marble, used for a lot of monuments, but is important also because with it are produced basins necessary to mature the lard of Colonnata. My mouth is beginning to watering, because dinner time is coming and because it is a ancient and traditional preparation used to save lard for long periods. Difficult to explain, better if you taste it
